The students of the Hospitality Department cooked up a storm over the last three days. The students worked hard in the wee hours of the Morning and learnt tricks on how to make mouthwatering Breakfast dishes. Some specialties they mastered include Spanish Omelets, Smashed Avocado, Ricotta Hotcakes and Grilled Halloumi. Students got a chance to feel what its like working in a commercial kitchen environment and also picked up a few tricks. They now feel career ready and are prepared to set foot into the highly competitive hospitality industry.
