Developments are under way to ensure RGIT's long-term viability as a quality education provider by bringing on board the support of an external Specialist Advisory Board. Emeritus Professor, Peter Frappell, Dr David Wilkinson and Adjunct Professor and former Lord Mayor of Hobart, Damon Thomas, are set to constitute the Board which will provide RGIT management and wider team insights on governance and operational planning, including organisational structure, management decisions, product development, articulation into higher education, partnerships and stakeholder relations, together with advise on compliance with ASQA Standards, risk management and quality assurance.

This is an exciting initiative, and one that will ensure RGIT's robust, strategic and secure future. The leadership team looks forward to meeting with the Board in the near future to discuss thoughts on RGIT's strategic future.
