RGIT Australia

Ref: MR-07/17-AAT

Media Release

Following our last Media release about the ASQA matters, Royal Gurkhas Institute of Technology (RGIT) Australia is pleased to advise now that the Administrative Appeals Tribunal ordered that Australian Skills Quality Authority’s (ASQA) decision to cancel its registrations has been stayed pending the hearing and final determination of our Applications for Review. That means that the Decisions of ASQA will not be implemented until the Tribunal makes its Decision on our Applications for Review.

RGIT is confident it will succeed in its bid to overturn the cancellation decisions. In the meantime, it will continue its operations as normal in full which will include enrolling and delivering all its courses to all its students, and issuing qualifications.
