Shusil Tamang, Hospitality Trainer, Commercial Cookery & Operations

A young and energetic talent, Shusil began his hospitality career in 2008 in excellent hands, working in Gurkhas chain of restaurants in Melbourne, founded by the CEO of RGIT Australia, Mr Chandra Yonzon. Eager to progress, and well equipped to succeed with a contagious enthusiasm and fine attention to detail, Shusil apprenticed his way to head chef positions in a variety of high quality restaurants around Melbourne and has enjoyed producing banquet menus and functions for up to 200 people in his hospitality career. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree in addition to a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
