The Certificate III Commercial Cookery students prepare an elaborate buffet as part of the curriculum, for approximately 50 staff and students. They are in charge of all aspects, from menu planning to the set up to innovation.

Student Excursion 4 June 2015 - Langham Hotel

Every term, our hospitality students get to go on a tour excursion to learn about operations management and cooking operations. Our Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) got an inside look at the operations of Langham Hotel in Melbourne this term, and they had a fantastic experience!

A total of 27 students visited the Langham Hotel on Thursday 4 June on an excursion to learn the intricacies of hotel management, commercial operations and commercial cookery.
