The Hospitality Department at the Melbourne and Hobart campuses cooked some mouthwatering delicacies for all staff, thus continuing the longstanding tradition of the RGIT buffet.
Students in Melbourne worked very hard in the kitchen on Wednesday and Thursday and their hard work paid off as the staff enjoyed the amazing food. 
In Hobart we had a buffet prepared by the first batch of Commercial Cookery students and a vote of thanks goes to them for their hard work as well as hospitality trainer Sujan Upreti, who worked very hard.
