RGIT Staff Portal – How To Access It?

Introducing RGIT Australia’s New Staff Portal

RGIT Australia’s Staff Portal (Intranet) has a new look! The new and improved Staff Portal is an interactive platform providing staff with live updates to keep up to date with the latest news and events from on campus. The Portal remains the dedicated platform for RGIT Australia staff to access policies, forms, documents and other publications.

How to Access Your Staff Portal

Step 1. To access your Staff Portal, follow the same procedure used to access the now former Staff Intranet. To access, click on ‘Staff Portal (Intranet)‘ under ‘Staff‘ on RGIT Australia’s website at www.rgit.edu.au


Type ‘mygurkhas.info‘ into your Internet browser and click ‘ENTER.’

>>. You will be directed to the log in page. Log in using your RGIT Australia staff email login credentials.

Please note: Staff Portal is a closed website for staff use only, and can only be accessed by logging in (using your RGIT Australia email login details).

Step 2. To access your Staff Portal for the first time, you may be required to request access. Request permission to access your Staff Portal by clicking on the ‘Request Access‘ button located in the bottom right hand corner of the page (highlighted in the below image).

Step 3. Your request to access will be sent to the IT Department for approval. Please allow one (1) business day for your request to be processed.

Step 4. Enjoy your new Staff Portal. Keep up to date with the latest news and updates from RGIT Australia’s Melbourne and Hobart Campuses.
