This is a classroom-based course that combines lecture, group discussion and workplace simulation.

Course Duration : 7 hours

During the class, you will be required to complete the following activities:

• fill out an enrollment form and submit a copy of your ID (Australian Driver License or Passport) on the day of the course.
• Attend the RSA lecture
• Complete role-play activities
• Students must successfully complete written test prior to leaving class
• Certificate will be issued within 5 days after completing the class.

After the completion of the face-to-face course, you will have to complete a written assessment and submit to your trainer for marking.

After the successful completion of the assessment submission process, you will be eligible for the certificates issued by the LCV (Liquor Control Victoria) and a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment for RSA. Certificate issuance process might take up to 5 days after the assessment submission.
