Operate a Bar session

RGIT Hospitality students treated staff and students to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at an Operate a Bar session on Wednesday, 22 November 2017. Students put their training into practice when they served drinks with their Trainer, Ashwin, in accordance with Operate a Bar (SITHFAB202). Hands-on, practical sessions such as last week's Operate a Bar session allow students to gain the skills they need in order to serve alcohol responsibly.

Hospitatlity students with their trainer,   learning the performance  outcomes,  skills  and knowledge  required  to prepare a bar for  service,  take drink  orders, prepare and  serve alcoholic  and non-alcoholic  beverages  and close  the bar down.
